It is so true. My husband and I tried finding a plastic surgeon who would do the job, but we just got "no" as an answer to each practice we called. So, we kept on searching the net, and we found this website where the ear piercing is done by nurses. We haven't scheduled my daughter's appointment yet, but we will very soon. On the website, it says they have been doing it over 30 years. The only catch is that they are located in Philly. But I think that for people who live in DE and South Jersey that shouldn't be too much of a problem. I am sure people would rather drive a little further but have a RN pierce their daughter's ears than take your precious baby to the nearest mall.

For whomever gets interested here is the website: www.charlottesearpiercing.net .
I hope it helps.
